Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we store the details you provide (name, company, RUC, email, phone, service of interest and message) in order to answer your request. All fields are required except company and RUC: without them we cannot handle your request.
Along with your request, we record the IP address, browser and page it was sent from, solely to prevent abuse and automated submissions. For the same purpose, the IP address is used temporarily and in encoded form to limit repeated submissions.
We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Form data is stored in this website’s database and sent by email to the LOGAN QEHS team that handles requests. To do this, we use web hosting and email providers that process the information only on our behalf. Some of these providers may store it on servers located outside Peru.
Your rights
Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, you may at any time exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights).
To do so, email us at ventas@loganqehs.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and your request. We may ask you to verify your identity.
We will respond within the time limits set by the Regulations, counted in business days: 8 days for the right of information, 20 for access and 10 for rectification, cancellation or objection. Except for the right of information, these periods may be extended once for an equal period, and we will let you know before they expire.
If we do not respond in time or you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Language cookie and browser storage
This website uses a single first-party cookie, logan_language, which stores the language you are viewing the site in (Spanish, English or Portuguese) so it is shown in that language when you come back.
- Type functional, needed to remember your preference. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
- Content only the language code (es, en or pt).
- Duration 6 months.
- How to delete it from your browser settings. If you delete it, the site will be shown in Spanish until you choose another language.
If you switch languages while filling in the form, what you have typed is kept in your browser’s session storage so it is not lost. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your browser and it is deleted when the page loads in the new language or when you close the tab.
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies or tools.
Third-party services
The contact page includes a Google Maps map. When it is displayed, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may use their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The website’s fonts are served from our own server.
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn only connect you to those services if you click them.
